What are Satellite Rooms?

A satellite room is a separate, large conference room area used as overflow space when sign-ups for a particular day and time are in high demand. The primary instructor will cycle around to all practice rooms throughout a prep event. However, during times of instruction, those practicing in satellite rooms will view instructors and slides via live stream. Each room will be proctored by an instructor-in-training and a prep assistant.

Chairs in the main room typically become available during the opening weeks of the practices. Priority to move to the main room will be given first to those who have prepped with BlueJeep during the fall semester and then to those according to the order in which sign-ups occurred.
